LiquiDry liquids absorber bag

LiquiDry is a liquid absorber that can absorb liquids in seconds upon contact with liquid media, turning into a gel. The pouch is made of water-soluble paper, which dissolves easily upon contact with liquids. The absorber pouch is filled with a highly effective powder that can absorb up to a hundred times its own weight in liquid. This prevents the leakage of various water-based liquids, such as blood and urine, and enables their safe transport, storage, and handling.

The absorption capacity of the white superabsorbent granules (SAP / sodium polyacrylate) is 250 times its own weight in distilled water and 60 times its weight in a 0.9% NaCl solution. The formed gel does not release liquid under pressure, effectively protecting against moisture damage during packaging, transport, and storage, as well as providing security when transferring or decanting liquid media. The LiquiDry liquid absorber is therefore ideal for use in sensitive areas such as pharmaceuticals, medical (hospitals and laboratories), and hygiene. Disposal is carried out via standard commercial waste.
