Delivery time

Articles in stock we ship from our factory / warehouse in Germany without delay after sending you the official purchase order confirmation (not the order confirmation sent automatically by our webshop system).
Articles not in stock are marked on the respective article URL ("Article not in stock. Please contact us for information about the current delivery time."). You may order these articles, but need to be prepared to expect a longer delivery time.

Shipping terms

Free delivery within Germany from a net order value of 500.00 Euro. Below 500.00 Euro, costs for packaging and shipping are calculated according to the overview below (always calculated per parcel / sales unit).
Free delivery to one of the other countries listed above from a net order value of 900.00 Euro. Below 900.00 Euro, costs for packaging and shipping are calculated according to the overview below (always calculated per parcel / sales unit).
We add 0.5kg for packaging / packing material to the weight of each parcel / sales unit to calculate the shipping costs.
If you wish to have our desiccants delivered to another country not listed above, please request an individual offer.

Payment methods

You can pay by Paypal, SEPA direct debit, or credit card (Mastercard and Visa). With a billing address within Germany, you can also purchase on invoice.

We can only process orders to Great Britain and the British Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey) on advance payment. We will send you a pro-forma invoice and once we have received the invoice amount, you will receive an order confirmation with information on the shipment of your order.
