Data Logger 10TH for temperature and humidity

The Data Logger 10TH is used in enclosed spaces. Here it monitors and documents the development of temperature and relative humidity. A large area of application is container transport by ship, rail and truck, furthermore (temporary) storage in freight containers.

Whether e.g. automotive, mechanical engineering or steel industry, food, chemicals or paper - all industries that transport their goods by container or store them in them can benefit from the use of a data logger. The evaluation based on the logger data after the respective logistics project offers the possibility to check and secure the effectiveness of the desiccant use and to adjust the quantities for the next project, if necessary.

Data loggers are also used in packaging (so-called inbox solutions), especially for sensitive goods. Examples for this are electronic items, textiles or leather. Before the monitoring period begins, the goods are sealed airtight in a PE/PA film together with a suitable desiccant and a logger and packed securely for transport using cardboard packaging. With this type of application, too, the subsequent evaluation provides information about how well the goods were protected from moisture damage during storage or transport.

The Data Logger 10TH is an instrument for quality control and assurance. Test the effectiveness of our desiccants in your logistics project, or test the logger first and then select the appropriate quantity of desiccant based on the target values suitable for your goods (e.g. max. 40% rel. humidity). Disposal instructions: Do not dispose of the unit in household waste! At the end of its service life, take the unit to the separate collection point for waste electrical and electronic equipment (observe local regulations) or return it to ThoMar OHG (WEEE-Reg.No. DE 56844638) for disposal.
