Desiccant bags according to DIN 55473

The industry standard DIN 55473 serves to create a uniform assessment standard for the performance of desiccant bags for use in packaging with low water vapour permeability. Only those adsorptive desiccants in water vapour-permeable bags that have been confirmed at regular intervals by an official body as complying with the requirements of DIN 55473 may bear the "DIN tested" seal.

Our "CertiDry" desiccant bags have carried the "DIN tested" seal since 2021, and the renewal inspection by the certification body DIN Certco was recently due. The auditor inspected the areas of warehouse and incoming goods, QM system, documentation and records, and found no deviations. This means that our numerous "CertiDry" customers can continue to rely on certified quality when purchasing our desiccant bags.
